For Event Management
I am available for Dressage and Combined Training events, Pony Club ratings and events, and breed inspections. There is no photography fee to event management, and the club or organization receives up to 20 images to use for promotional purposes.* The organization's logo and contact information can be placed on the event gallery's home page as added promotion. An event contract and a list of all participants are required before the event. This is so I can give participants advanced notice of my services before the event, and alert them when their images are posted after the event. If the event is more than one day, lodging may be required. If there is more than one ring, another photographer may available for a nominal cost.
*Promotional purposes only: Images may not be transferred or used by anyone but the club, or used in any manner other than to promote the club or organization directly.
For Event Participants
A deposit is required to secure photographic services. This deposit is payable in advance, either in a check or credit card in person, or it is also available here. It is applicable toward any order placed from the resulting images. In addition, you may also book a "mini-session" with your horse at an event for a small additional fee.
I am also available to photograph other events, such as birthday parties, family gatherings, fairs and festivals and awards ceremonies. Please call or email for more information.
