I hereby release Heather K. McManamy/ShortHorse Studios and her representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and that I can legally enter this contract.

In addition, I understand that each photo is © ShortHorse Studios and may not be duplicated or used for advertisement or promotion of any kind without express written permission from Heather K. McManamy/ShortHorse Studios. I also understand that to purchase a print does not entitle me to the right to duplicate the image in any way.
